If we’re hosting an event; I can promise you, it will be entertaining, full of good info and you’ll definitely be uncomfortable at some point.
Just remember – there is power in the uncomfortable.
You can sit around and bitch about it, or you can do something to change it. We’ve chosen the latter.
Uncomfortable Community Conversations are where we tackle what some would say is the hard or taboo stuff – diversity, equity and inclusion.
Frankly, the world would be a better place if DEI became everyone’s mantra. Growth happens in the uncomfortable, which is what we want for our community, small businesses and you.
