Uncomfortable Community Conversations are where we tackle what some would say is the hard or taboo stuff – diversity, equity and inclusion.

Frankly, the world would be a better place if DEI became everyone’s mantra. Growth happens in the uncomfortable, which is what we want for our community, small. businesses and you.
